PIPPI KID (alias PIPPI LANGSTRUMPF) è una disc jockey di musica elettronica e artista visuale nata a Roma come Chiara Nicoletta Consuelo iole Fumai nel corso dello stesso anno di Never Say Die di Black Sabbath. Dopo un inizio come resident di Lobby Night nel club Rocket (Milano), ha ottenuto in pochi anni la cintura nera di techno-disc jouckey a livello internazionale suonando in radio, club, squatts, gallerie, festival e workshop, come Impluse a Pechino (2006) e la Red Bull Music Academy a Toronto (2007).
Ispirato da Drexciya e l'ironia dell' Italo Disco il suo dj stile si concentra sulla ricerca delle radici dell' electro, techno mimale attraverso e terror beat miscelato con atmosfere anni'80 (Clone, Pigna, Crema, Rephlex, Discomagic, Bunker, Planet E, Disc8, Tresor ...).
Al momento Pippi si esibisce da sola o con Casco, producendo i suoi primi pezzi.

Pippi Kid (aka Pippi Langstrmpf) is an electronic music disc jockey and visual artist born in Rome as Chiara Nicoletta Consuelo Iole Fumai in the same year of Never Say Die by Black Sabbath. pC=na nasce il 3 marzo dell '84 a Napoli, ma cresce nella campagna radiottiva casertana, dove si diverte a collezionare foglie, torturare lucertole, vedere i girini diventare rane e aspetta ogni giorno pazientemente il suo turno per giocare col commodore 64 (che divide democraticamente con famiglia e amici). Sviluppa nel tempo l'amore per il disegno e la musica punk costruendosi l' alibi perfetto da "genio incompreso" che gli permette di fare ciò che vuole; alibi che in seguito rinnega per il rigore della grafica e del disegno tecnico. Tutti i suoi equilibri conquistati a fatica perdono di stabilità quando nell'inverno del 2005 entra in contatto col mondo della micromusic e del circuit bending. Finalmente non c'è nessuno lì pronto a sgridarla ogni volta che manda un giocattolo in corto e con un minimo di maturità e coscienza (non ingoia più le viti e i lego) attualmente si gode la sua 3° infanzia....

Nella nostra società assistiamo ad un aumento esponenziale della diffusione e della gravità sintomatica dei Disturbi del Comportamento Alimentare (anoressia-bulimia, obesità e altri disordini alimentari), che assumono la tendenza di un ritiro, di un rifiuto del legame con l´altro, di una esasperazione della dimensione protettiva del controllo o quella di una compulsione al consumo di sensazioni ed esperienze.
L´esperienza clinica e le ricerche condotte nei Centri Jonas convalidano l´ipotesi che le problematiche legate all´Alimentazione segnalano sempre un difetto della relazione con l´altro: di fronte alle inevitabili turbolenze che le relazioni umane comportano, il soggetto anoressico-bulimico sceglie di avere come propri partner-patologici lo specchio, in cui contemplare la propria bellezza eterea e mortifera, e/o il cibo, attraverso il quale compensare il proprio sentimento di vuoto, interrompendo così ogni rapporto con l´altro.L'anoressia-bulimia si configura come una patologia femminile. è una delle forme storiche con cui le donne esprimono il dolore psichico e le reazioni di difesa contro i traumi della relazione con l'altro.
La ricerca della magrezza non è un problema alimentare ma una lotta per la sopravvivenza soggettiva. Il rifiuto alimentare per raggiungere la magrezza estrema costituisce una strategia fondamentale per tenersi a distanza dal rischio di una relazione profonda affettiva con l'altro sesso, è un modo per preservare un'idea di autonomia assoluta.Nella nostra civiltà l'essere di una donna è strettamente collegato alla sua immagine. Il corpo-magro è un canone estetico dominante e per una donna la dimensione della bellezza e quella dell'apparenza sono ancora decisive per la sua affermazione personale. L'icona del corpo magro offre un supporto, un'iscrizione sociale al soggetto. L'adattamento all'equivalenza sociale bellezza-magrezza offre al soggetto l'illusione di un'identità solida. La bellezza dell'industria della moda è una bellezza che tende all'anonimato, all'universale, allo stereotipo. Diversamente la bellezza come tale è ciò che rileva il più proprio del soggetto, il desiderio.

Come si scrive un dialogo, la sua importanza allʼinterno del testo e nella resa dei personaggi. La
scelta del linguaggio.
- La struttura del testo
Le cinque domande a cui un testo deve rispondere, lʼincipit, il climax/acme, il finale.
- Lʼuso dei cinque sensi
Un buon racconto non deve essere letto, deve essere visto.

TV Buddhas sono un duo ragazzo / ragazza di Tel Aviv, che combina un pesante suono stoner con ripetitivi ritmi alla Velvet Underground. Il loro live show chitarra / batteria è intriso di ammirazione per i Black Sabbath, la musica indiana e Blues. TVB credono nell'esperienza live, spesso suonano giu' dal palco e in mezzo alla folla, andando in tour cinque, sei volte l'anno, in Israele e in Europa. TVB suonato con Monotonix, King Khan e the BBQ show, Faust, Acid Mothers Temple, Ruins, Old Time Relijun, PRE, Aids Wolf, John Wiese, OvO, Trencher, Vialka e molti altri in solo un anno di esistenza. Hanno registrato 3 CD singoli, tutti stampati in 500 copie, i primi due dei quali completamente esaurito il primo tour.

Le Anphetamina C sono giovani e innamorate del sound foxcore...il progetto ha inizio nel maggio 2007. Pry, Jade e Liz si conoscono per vie del tutto oscure, iniziando a provare con l’idea di formare una tribute band dedicata alle Hole. La band va ben presto oltre il progetto di tributo passando così alla composizione di pezzi propri. Più tardi subentra nella band anche Fede, e
la band è a questo punto al completo Pry (vocal+sometimes guitar) Liz (guitar+sometimes screaming) Fede (bass) Jade (drums).

Anphetamina C are young and in love of sound foxcore ... the project began in May 2007. Pry, Jade and Liz know inland totally dark, beginning to try the idea of forming a tribute band dedicated to Hole. The band goes far beyond the early draft tribute passing to the composition of their pieces. "Perché dovremmo avere paura di uscire la sera? Perché dovremmo lasciarci insultare? Perché dovremmo stare zitte e lasciarci toccare dai molestatori? E perché dovremmo essere intimidite e costrette alla passività?
In quanto donna, gli uomini danno per scontato di poterti interrompere mentre parli, di invadere il tuo spazio, di toccarti tutte le volte che vogliono, di insultarti, di violarti.
La risposta a tutto questo è rompere ogni complicità e proteggere te stessa con l’autodifesa.
Allenandoci con l’autodifesa scopriamo le potenzialità del nostro corpo. Non abbiamo bisogno di spray antiaggressione o cose simili: il nostro corpo è la nostra arma. Riconoscere la paura ci insegna a non essere deboli. Ci hanno trasmesso che siamo potenziali vittime, ma non ci hanno mai detto come autodifenderci. Non vogliamo delegare a figure maschili la nostra sicurezza. Alleniamoci con le amiche e difendiamoci da sole!
L’autodifesa aumenta la sicurezza di noi stesse, ci aiuta a prendere il controllo delle situazioni. Inoltre, la consapevolezza delle nostre capacità fisiche ci sostiene quando ci difendiamo verbalmente o quando non vogliamo essere intimidite. Chi ci aggredisce vuole farci del male, quindi noi dobbiamo reagire e difenderci. La nostra volontà di difesa è molto più grande della voglia dell’altro di farci male, per questo possiamo essere più forti."

As a woman, men give for granted we can stop and speak to invade your space, touch every time they want, of insultarti, violarti.
The answer to this is breaking any complicity and protect yourself with the self-defence.
Allenandoci with the self-discover the potential of our body. We do not need antiaggressione spray or similar things: our body is our weapon. Acknowledging the fear teaches us not to be weak. We have sent that we are potential victims, but there have never said how autodifenderci. We do not want to delegate to the male figure our security. Alleniamoci with friends and difendiamoci alone!
The self increases the security of ourselves, helps us to take control of situations. In addition, the awareness of our physical abilities sustains us when we defend verbally or when we do not want to be intimidated. Who do we want attacks of evil, then we must react and defend ourselves. Our willingness to defense is much larger than the desire of us evil, so we can be stronger.

Hanno bisogno di poche presentazioni: Pamela (basso) e Daniela (chitarra) e Claudia (batteria), milanesi, sono una delle realtà italiane piu' importanti del post-rock, noise core e (che ce ne facciamo di tutte ste definizioni?) e non solo, estrema dimostrazione che le ragazze possono fare tutto quello che vogliono! Dopo un disco su Wallace Records "Greetings from Ssg"(una merda in copertina e tanta simpatia) svariati tour europei con i Laghetto nonché un nuovo disco dal titolo geniale ("Getting dress for a death metal party") registrato da Fabio Magistrali, nonchè un programma radio di culto ("Casa Agatha", su Radio Onda d'Urto) le Agatha appariranno sul palco del LadyFest con un inedita formazione a quattro, con Vale alla chitarra.

Una delle band piu' vere, sanguinolente ed eccitanti d'Italia, che ha raggiunto migliaia di fan (adoranti quanto pazzi) solo grazie al tam tam di internet e ad un pugno di canzoni bellissime, registrate con Davide Lenci al Red House studio, racchiuse del mitico demo "Enjoy the Rehab". Di lì non si sono mai fermati, selezionati per l'Heineken Jammin Festival, in seguito per lo Sziget Festival, hanno suonato nei palchi di tutta Italia. Vedere dal vivo Lucia che canta e soffre per voi, è un'esperienza. Nel 2008 hanno registrato un ep prodotto da Matteo Ciffarelli di nome "Uncool". E il primo pezzo recita: "Indie die/nobody is clean".

Trascinante, bizzarro e minimale progetto di Kerry Davis, ex-membro delle Reds Aunts, leggendaria formazione punk femminile attiva a metà degli anni 90, da molti accostata a band quali Lunachicks e sante subito Babes in Toyland. Da qualche anno, accompagnata da Cheb Shamir (dei Normals, gli Oblivians francesi, cioè), gira per l'Europa e gli Stati Uniti con un progetto che unisce blues, punk, songwriting e un certo gusto 90s...energia pura. Astounding, bizarre and minimal solo project of Kerry Davis, former member of the Reds Aunts, legendary punk band all female active in the mid 90, approached by many a band which Lunachicks and Babes in Toyland. For several years, accompanied by Cheb Shamir (from the Normals, the French Oblivians , that is), tour in Europe and the United States with a project that combines blues, punk, songwriting and a certain taste 90s ... pure energy.
