sono stati giorni bellissimi...grazie ai TV Buddhas che ci hanno fatto andare in estasi, grazie alle mie bambine-le Strawberry Jams-che ci hanno fatto ballare come indiavolate, grazie alle incredibili Agatha, grazie a PcNa che è semplicemente un genio, grazie a Nana Bianca, grazie al carisma dei Betty Ford Center e grazie alle Anphetamina C...grazie a Spazio Musica, al Barattolo e al Sottovento che hanno accolto questa accolita di riot grrrls, disadattati, festaioli, grazie alle Mai Stat@ Zitt@, a Jonas...grazie alle Precarie Autoconvocate che riescono a organizzare feste giganti in due ore...grazie a Jessica (SSi), Federica del Proposto, a Giulietta Consiglio e a tutte le artiste presenti...grazie a chi è venuto da lontano-i Pitch, Marianna Kill the Nice Guy, Anna, Severine, Anto, Martina...-e a chi è venuto da vicino.
Ma soprattutto grazie a chi ci ha detto, ma come si fa a fare un ladyfest? voglio farlo anch'io nella mia città!

it were wonderful days...thanks to TV Buddhas to take us in extasy, thanks to my daughters-Strawberry Jams-that makes us dance as crazy, thanks to the incredibles Agatha, thanks to PcNa she's a genius, thanks to Nana Bianca, Thanks to Betty Ford Center and to Anphetamina C..thanks to Spazio Musica, Barattolo and Sottovento to host this brunch of riot grrrls, mad and party people, thanks to Mai Stat@ Zitt@ and Jonas.,..thanks to Precarie Autoconvocate to organize huge parties in 2 hours...thanks to Jessica (SSI), Federica del Proposto and Giulietta Consiglio and all artists...thanks to who's coming from far-Pitch, Marianna from Kill teh Nice Guy, Anna, martina, Severina and Anto-and to who's coming from near.
And thanks to who's saying to us, but how can I make a Ladyfest? I want to do it in my city!

PIPPI KID (alias PIPPI LANGSTRUMPF) è una disc jockey di musica elettronica e artista visuale nata a Roma come Chiara Nicoletta Consuelo iole Fumai nel corso dello stesso anno di Never Say Die di Black Sabbath. Dopo un inizio come resident di Lobby Night nel club Rocket (Milano), ha ottenuto in pochi anni la cintura nera di techno-disc jouckey a livello internazionale suonando in radio, club, squatts, gallerie, festival e workshop, come Impluse a Pechino (2006) e la Red Bull Music Academy a Toronto (2007).
Ispirato da Drexciya e l'ironia dell' Italo Disco il suo dj stile si concentra sulla ricerca delle radici dell' electro, techno mimale attraverso e terror beat miscelato con atmosfere anni'80 (Clone, Pigna, Crema, Rephlex, Discomagic, Bunker, Planet E, Disc8, Tresor ...).
Al momento Pippi si esibisce da sola o con Casco, producendo i suoi primi pezzi.
Pippi Kid (aka Pippi Langstrmpf) is an electronic music disc jockey and visual artist born in Rome as Chiara Nicoletta Consuelo Iole Fumai in the same year of Never Say Die by Black Sabbath. After a beginning as resident of the Lobby Nights in the Rocket club (Milano), she has obtained in few years the black belt of techno-disco playing in international radio shows, clubs, squatts, galleries, festivals and workshops such as Impulse in Beijing (2006) and Red Bull Music Academy in Toronto (2007). Inspired by Drexciya and the irony of italo disco her dj style is focused on researching the roots of electro, through maximal techno and terror beats mixed with 80s atmospheres (Clone, Pigna, Creme, Rephlex, Discomagic, Bunker, Planet E, Disc8, Tresor...). Currently Pippi is djing as solo or in duo with Casco, working on her first tracks, producing videos, installations and performances. She lives between Milan and Switzerland, her best friend is a famous magician and she has never been to Ibiza.

pC=na nasce il 3 marzo dell '84 a Napoli, ma cresce nella campagna radiottiva casertana, dove si diverte a collezionare foglie, torturare lucertole, vedere i girini diventare rane e aspetta ogni giorno pazientemente il suo turno per giocare col commodore 64 (che divide democraticamente con famiglia e amici). Sviluppa nel tempo l'amore per il disegno e la musica punk costruendosi l' alibi perfetto da "genio incompreso" che gli permette di fare ciò che vuole; alibi che in seguito rinnega per il rigore della grafica e del disegno tecnico. Tutti i suoi equilibri conquistati a fatica perdono di stabilità quando nell'inverno del 2005 entra in contatto col mondo della micromusic e del circuit bending. Finalmente non c'è nessuno lì pronto a sgridarla ogni volta che manda un giocattolo in corto e con un minimo di maturità e coscienza (non ingoia più le viti e i lego) attualmente si gode la sua 3° infanzia....
pC=NA born March 3 of'84 in Naples, but grows in the radioactive Caserta countryside, wheres he enjoys collecting leaves, torture lizards, see the tadpoles become frogs and every day patiently waiting his turn to play with the commodore 64 (which divides democratically with family and friends). It develops over time love of drawing and music punk building the 'perfect alibi "misunderstood genius" that allows her to do what it wants; alibi for later denies the rigour of graphics and technical drawing. All its effort to balance won forgiveness of stability when in winter of 2005 comes into contact with the world of micromusic and circuit bending. Finally there is nobody there ready to telling off you every time you send a toy and short with a minimum of maturity and consciousness (not swallows more screws and lego) currently enjoys his 3 ° childhood ....
